Innovation Workshop: Technology to Support Young People during Transition

This workshop aims to identify potential technology solutions that address unmet needs during the transition from paediatric to adult health services.
The areas of focus for the workshop are:
- Young people with multimorbidities
- Transition to primary care
- Tracking young people throughout transition
There will be a series of short talks from leading experts and interactive sessions.
Attendance is invited from health care professionals, academics, industry experts, young people and families, and anyone with an interest in or knowledge of the transition from paediatric to adult health services or child health technology.

This workshop is organised by NIHR Children and Young People MedTech Co-operative, a national organisation dedicated to developing paediatric medical technology in health areas with high disease burden and unmet needs. NIHR Children and Young People MedTech Co-operative is based at Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust.
