Innovate UK and OLS partner to offer up to £1.5 million in grants

The Office for Life Sciences (OLS) is partnering with Innovate UK, as part of UK Research and Innovation, to invest up to £1.5 million. They aim to support developers of innovative medicines, medical devices, diagnostics and regulated digital technology in evaluating their product in a real world clinical setting.
Their funding competition aims to provide support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). In particular, they are looking for an evidence base that can evaluate products that address NHS priorities. They hope that their support will allow companies to collect and analyse clinical performance and cost effectiveness data in an NHS setting.
